Compassionate and trauma-informed CBT treatment for mild, moderate, or severe general anxiety, social anxiety & panic attacks

Phobias

Exposure therapy modalities integrated with mindfulness and self-care to ensure healthy theraputic processes

Depression, Suicidality, Self-Harm Behavior

Collaborative person-centered approaches to increase safety and decrease negative feelings of worthlessness or helplessness

We focus on avoiding invasive interventions such as hospitalization, to increase ability to talk freely about symptoms

LGBTQ+ Issues & Gender Dysphoria

Understanding care from a LGBTQ+ therapist with knowledge on navigating difficult legal and social processes

Acknowledgement and processing of current social climate on mental and physical well-being in minority groups integrated into treatment

Stress, Trauma

& PTSD

Integration of TF-CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness to provide grounding treatment for life stress, single-episode traumas, chronic trauma, medical trauma, and religious trauma

Parent Coaching & Family Issues

Build communication skills, coping mechanisms, and conflict resolution solutions in a one-on-one setting with the clinician to assist in mitigating stress related to childrearing or family conflict

Please note we do not specialize in Eating Disorder Treatment or Addiction Treatment

Although the clinician has experience working in both areas, these issues are best treated by highly qualified specialists in those specific areas

This does not mean that we will not see you as a client if you have an eating disorder or are looking for addiction treatment! We are more than happy to be a secondary part of your treatment team alongside a specialist

At this time, we do not offer legal services such as court letters or court testimonies

We are able to provide all other documentation such as school accommodation letters, ESA letters, Gender Affirming Care/Surgery letters, etc

Disability Management

We offer understanding and adaptive services for developing coping mechanisms, navigating legal, schooling, and medical systems, and processing diagnosis or prognosis

Services are provided by hard-of-hearing clinician who is deeply familiar with previously stated systems and processes

Accommodations may be requested at any time during treatment and questions about any accessibility concerns will be a part of intake process. Clinician is currently enrolled at The New Mexico School for the Deaf with the goal of achieving ASL fluency and providing therapy services to the Deaf community

Individual Therapy Pricing

In order to protect our clients privacy in the current sociopolitical state, we do not directly submit claims to health insurance

At this time, we only accept private pay, however we wish to keep our services as accessible as possible. If you would like to receive services with us and are concerned about the private pay rate, please reach out to our office to discuss your situation

We would be happy to provide superbills for clients who wish to submit a claim to insurance on their own behalf
