Have fun while improving family relationships, working on coping skills, increasing communication skills, and more. Our family therapy modalities integrate evidence based therapy interventions with fun activities such as games, art, and music
Family therapy can help any type of family become closer, including families with children and families consisting of adult members such as adult siblings
Please note that the level of interaction in family therapy requires in-person attendance and is not available through telehealth
We can accommodate up to four participants/family members in the office at a time
Treatment & Specialities
We can help with a range of problems & issues through Family Therapy, including:

Mitigating family conflict, difficulties with communication, and/or frequent arguments

Supporting family member(s) through a mental health diagnosis or mental health symptoms

Family bonding following a structural change such as marriage, divorce, or adoption

Recovering from a traumatic event experienced by either one member of the family or the family unit

Processing grief following the death of a family member, family friend, or pet

Increasing family coping skills related to disability or learning disability, medical diagnosis, and/or previous/upcoming medical event (more about this here)

Family Therapy Pricing
Please note: We care about our community, and at the moment, many are struggling financially. Due to the economic crisis we are facing, our fees have been reduced. The price below is states our current fee (before any sliding scale rate has been applied)
In order to protect our clients privacy in the current sociopolitical state, we do not directly submit claims to health insurance
At this time, we only accept private pay, however we wish to keep our services as accessible as possible. If you would like to receive services with us and are concerned about the private pay rate, please reach out to our office to discuss your situation
We would be happy to provide superbills for clients who wish to submit a claim to insurance on their own behalf
